My Experience

I was my mother Martha Yrene’s caregiver through five years of Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, and my uncle’s caregiver through one year of Alzheimer’s. Both passed away in 2025. I learned to walk with them through falls, confusion, long nights and hard days with patience and respect.

Today I offer that companionship to other families who need someone they can trust beside their loved one.

What I Do

🏠 Daily Companionship
Supervision and company at home, conversation and calm routines.
🩺 Appointments & Outings
Going along to medical appointments, walks and errands.
🌙 Night Shifts
Night or extended shifts so the family can rest.
✈️ Travel & Long Stays
Travel companionship and stays of several months with the family.

What I Don’t Do

I’m not a nurse or a health professional. I don’t give treatments, make diagnoses or perform medical procedures. My role is to keep your loved one company, look after their daily well-being and let the family and medical team know if I notice any change.

How We Work

  1. We talk on WhatsApp (messages, voice or video call) to get to know each other and understand your loved one’s situation.
  2. We put everything in writing on WhatsApp: schedule, tasks, rate and what to do in an emergency.
  3. We start with an adjustment period, in constant contact with the family.

In any emergency, I immediately call emergency services and the family.

Where

Peru and Latin America, the United States, Spain and Europe, depending on availability. I also accompany domestic and international travel.
